North & Central
Lisbon Valley Projects
The North and Central Lisbon Valley Projects comprise 100 claims covering 2,066 acres within the historic Lisbon Valley Uranium District. Situated along a 16-mile-long uranium trend that produced approximately 78 million pounds of uranium and more than 24 million pounds of vanadium oxide, the projects combine a proven mineralized system, extensive historical datasets, and compelling exploration upside.
Proven uranium district
Located within one of the most productive uranium districts in the United States, with approximately 78 million pounds of historical uranium production.¹
Strategic land position
Controls 84 claims covering 2,084 acres across prospective portions of the historic Lisbon Valley Uranium Trend.
Advancement-ready opportunity
Existing datasets provide a strong foundation for modern exploration programs focused on both historic production areas and new discovery targets.
Significant vanadium endowment
The district has also produced more than 24 million pounds of vanadium oxide¹, highlighting its broader critical minerals potential.
Extensive historical database
Supported by historical drilling, geological mapping, mine plans, and technical reports compiled by previous operators and exploration companies.
Cutler formation potential
Historical studies identified the underlying Cutler Formation as a prospective uranium host, highlighting additional exploration potential beyond known mineralized trends.
Sun Project
The Sun Project is an exploration-stage uranium-vanadium asset within the Lisbon Valley District. Historical drilling, sampling, and airborne radiometric surveys have identified mineralization and multiple follow-up targets, while only a limited portion of the project area has been tested to date.
Salt Wash mineralization
Uranium-vanadium mineralization is hosted within the Salt Wash Sandstone, where mineralized outcrops were historically identified along the edge of a mesa.
Historical resource estimate
Early exploration outlined a historical estimate of 32,100 lbs U₃O₈ at an average grade of 0.20% U₃O₈.*
Radiometric anomalies
Seven airborne radiometric anomalies were identified within the project area, providing additional targets for follow-up exploration.
Historical drill results
Limited drilling completed in 1954 returned multiple ore-grade uranium intercepts, with reported grades ranging from 0.15% to 1.50% U₃O₈.
Surface sample results
Historical bulk and channel samples returned strong uranium and vanadium values from mineralized outcrops and small workings.
Significant exploration upside
Only a small portion of the project has been historically explored, supporting the potential for further discoveries through systematic modern work.
