EAST & WEST LA SAL
The East and West La Sal Projects comprise 52 claims covering approximately 2,150 acres along the prospective extension of the La Sal Mineral Belt. Located within one of the highest-grade Salt Wash uranium-vanadium districts on the Colorado Plateau(1), the projects benefit from proximity to active mining operations, extensive historical datasets, and multiple opportunities to test mineralization along trend from known deposits.
Strategic land position
Controls 52 claims covering approximately 2,150 acres along the projected extension of the La Sal Mineral Belt, a district that has produced more than 7 million pounds of uranium and over 30 million pounds of vanadium.¹
Historic mine exposure
The West La Sal Property encompasses the historic Bandit and Sunset Mines, which were previously operated by Union Carbide and provide direct evidence of mineralization within the project area.²
Extensive historical database
The Company has access to detailed mine maps, drill records, resource calculations, and technical reports compiled by Union Carbide, Mineral Reserve Corporation, Cotter Corporation, and General Electric.
Active mining corridor
Located within the same mineralized channel that hosts the La Sal Mines Complex, where the Pandora, La Sal, and Beaver mines are currently in production.²
Established infrastructure
Excellent regional infrastructure includes nearby powerlines, access roads, an experienced workforce, and Highway 46, which bisects the West La Sal Property.
Expansion potential
Historical mapping identifies mineralization extending toward the Company’s property boundaries on both the east and west sides.(2) Data integration and verification will support future drilling designed to test extensions of known mineralized trends.
