A Historic Uranium-Vanadium Trend
On The Colorado-Utah Border
DISTRICT HIGHLIGHTS
Ranked among Utah’s most prolific uranium-producing regions, with approximately 7.5 million lbs U₃O₈ produced through 2021 at an average grade of 0.35% U₃O₈¹
More than 40 million lbs V₂ 0₅ produced historically across the greater La Sal mineral belt, highlighting the system's regional significance as a high-grade uranium-vanadium trend¹
Portfolio includes the La Sal Creek, Hop Creek, Vanadium Queen–UH3 and Black Hat properties, spanning multiple historic mining centers along the trend
Extensive historical mine records and geological datasets support continued evaluation of known mineralized areas and historical resource estimates

LA SAL CREEK DISTRICT
The La Sal Creek Property comprises four claims covering approximately 85 acres in Montrose County, Colorado. Located within the historic La Sal Creek District near the Utah-Colorado border, the project is supported by historical resource estimates, detailed geological reports, and historical mine data that indicate the presence of uranium and vanadium mineralization.¹
Historical uranium estimate
Historical estimates outlined approximately 179,170 lbs U₃O₈ associated with indicated and inferred ore totaling 34,824 tons.²
Proven mining district
Located within the historic La Sal Creek District, a recognized uranium-producing area of the Colorado Plateau.¹
Extensive historical data
Supported by historical mine maps, geological reports, and resource calculations prepared by previous operators.
Historical vanadium estimate*
Historical estimates outlined approximately 801,812 lbs V₂O₅ associated with the uranium mineralization.
Salt Wash mineralization
Hosted within the Salt Wash Member of the Morrison Formation, one of the most productive uranium-bearing units in the western United States.¹
Resource growth potential
Historical datasets provide a foundation for future technical evaluation and exploration programs.

HOP CREEK
The Company is continuing analysis and confirmation work to define additional historical uranium and vanadium reserves and resources across the portfolio of projects, all of which have been past producers. The Company has reports, drill hole and mine maps as well as reserves and resource estimates for a majority of the additional properties.
Vanadium Queen - UH3
The Company is continuing analysis and confirmation work to define additional historical uranium and vanadium reserves and resources across the portfolio of projects, all of which have been past producers. The Company has reports, drill hole and mine maps as well as reserves and resource estimates for a majority of the additional properties.
